Poor quality of service, renovation is going on, there is extra charges for every things. Don't provide shaving kit, restaurant is not functioning. Very rigid staff

Not good for stay

Room was smelly and there were smell of fungus and smoking and proper hygien and clealiness not maintained, no complimentary comb, toothbrush is provided there and mineral water facility is not available after charging 1600- for single night

Receptionist was average. Not able to talk there were no toothpaste and toothbrush. There was not tea coffee there was no proper facility

Poor Stay

It wasn't a pleasant stay. The bedsheets weren't clean. The cushion cover was stained. The bathroom had rusty taps. The towels weren't clean. Ro water was put in a dispensing jug, the jug was rusty too. There is no resturant in the hotel. Guests are required to place a food order from the room and the food is sourced from another place. The room had a smell of cigarettes. I would strongly suggest the management to look into this matter. Also i wouldn't want to recommend this hotel to anyone. It was very disappointing and absolutely not worth the amount of money charged for the room.

Zero hygiene

Zero maintenance, zero hygiene! room is totally stinking. After long hours traveling we reached at hotel around night 12 am & we were extensively tired & we got the room which is totally smells bad and everywhere i could see dusty bedsheets dusty blankets. Blanket seems like it is not washed. Zero rating

Budget hotel lacking basic complementary facilities

The hotel is merely ok with very limited options in breakfast. They are also lacking basic complementary facilities of mineral water to rooms and also very limited parking. If you are looking for a very basic hotel, take it at your own risk.
