King size was booked by me but the hotel provided twin beds and gave the reason for king size rooms not available on a weekday. Mahir disappointment. Towels were not that clean to use. Had to report of cleanliness required in the room. This shows level of service provided their restaurant doesn't have ala carte for breakfast but only buffet. Flexibility issue. Overall not a good stay at the hotel as its price.

All good but while checking mm t shows rooms available but the person told us that major room in repair so only 1 room available so we force to book that room from mm t app also i ask the person if i select deluxe room which is available on mm t and if i book it what happen but the person told me that we can’t able to serve you than so pols check before booking at mm t also the bathroom fitting is too old and water force is too low

Very good property well maintained net and clean property. Nice supported staff. Good place for knight stay. Food quality is also fine.

Well maintained property. Food is good. Has a wonderful in-house restaurant. Service is decent. Pricing is bang for the buck. Good location, very easy to locate and easy access to various modes of transport.

Great food, great service! stayed for 4 nights with my parents and it was a good experience. The room could have been a little bigger but still the overall experience was great.

Parking problem. No ventilation in room. We selected 2 beds in one room but they have given us one bed room and later gave mattress. Not worth it in this price. Not recommended. Location is in main city hence you will yet too much trafic.

I have stayed for four nights in this hotel. The staff at the hotel was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also good. The food at restaurant was also good. I was with my family and enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The parking facility was also good. Overall great stay at this hotel.

Good to be staying at clean & welcoming property. Hotel blue lagoon has all that and more with good confortable bed, noise blocked rooms to work in case u want, vey clean toilet. And yes the food also is good. It's within the city minus the hustle.

I could not sleep during night because there was a pipe outside window which was making disturbing noise. Ac remote was not working properly.
