It was a pleasant stay at hotel casa, the location is a good lively location i would say. The amenities are a little lacking the tv is not working. All though i would say a good place to stay.

When i booked i didn't know the hotel atmosphere, but when i reached the hotel i felt it was very good. I like this hotel very much. I truly recommended it to my friends and family.

I had a great 2 day stay at the casa hotel the rooms are clean and the rooms have hot water 24 hours. This hotel is at a prime location so accessibility to quick transport or food is very easy. The staff is polite and cooperative.

Location is good but you have to climb to the first floor for reception, looks like recently painted but not finished. No restaurant, no fans in the room, i faced electricity issue in middle of night the entire power supply to room failed. On second night i had to shift to another room middle of the night tv was not working.

Safe for women, decent amenities and helpful staff. The rooms weren't locking when moving out, as the floods messed up the systems but the staff still could assist with safety

The rooms are not cleaned or maintained properly, there's mold in walls and the interiors are breaking apart. Staff is good

Door didn’t lock with our key card. Had to call someone with master key card always to open and close. No fan. Room not ok according to the price. Lights not working properly. Bedsheets were unclean. No dental kit.

Unorganised, staff enters in the room using master key.no sign of professionalism.no helping hand to carry luggage.had to take luggage to the 2nd floor on own

Good to stay. Courteous staff and welcome desk. Will enjoy to stay next time. Also recommend others to stay although i didn't order food so no idea about food quality. Yes one request no to charge 40 rs. For one little tooth paste. It should be complimentary to each guest.

I am very disappointed regarding my recent stay at your establishment. Despite booking a deluxe double room, i was initially shown a room that was considerably smaller than expected. Furthermore, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the room was poorly lit, creating an uncomfortable environment. After requesting a change twice, i was finally provided with a room that met the standards i had anticipated. However, this experience has left a negative impression on my stay with your hotel.

The hotel was decent, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. However, the amenities were somewhat basic, and the wi-fi was a bit spotty

The rooms were comparatively small as shown in the picture. Not upto the point, we booked deluxe double room but it was not the same. Room and bathroom sizes were small. Staff behaviour was also not co-operating. Due to this terrible experience we had to book another hotel. Will not recommend this hotel for stay to others.

Not value for money, non-responsive, proper ward robe not available, mini fridge is only for showcase, not working. Service is very poor.
