Room was stinky. Toilet was in poor condition. Cupboard was smelly. Restaurant took 1 hour to prepare meal. Waiters were rude.

No fan inside the room. Took an early morning check-in at 8 am of a group of kids. They made so much noise and it kept on going for a very long time. One of them also rang my room's bell. Very poor experience.

First of all, this is not a 4 start property, there are no amenities at all, its just rooms and a restaurant, rooms are also pretty average, the variety and spread of buffet breakfast is minimal. So the star rating on mmt is wrong, it should be 2. 5+ or 3. Services are okaish, some of the people are doing their job really good, like the food server rahul and receptionist navya.

Terrible Stay

No housekeeping, there was used sanitary pads in the dustbin must have used by previous guests which wasnt clean. The food delivery takes around 45-50mins to delivery. They have delivered half order multiple times. At last they have denied the hard copy of the bill. Never recommend this to anyone would suggest mmt to remove it from mybiz assured

The location is good. Room was also nice but had no fans only ac also the sound insulation was really bad, i could hear the people in the other room talking all day. Bathroom was okay but there was no soap dispenser.
