The stay was average but could have been better. The windows in the room were faulty and there was huge two inch gaps in the sliding window and hence room was hot and noisy. Had a sleepless nit. Have given the feedback to the hotel manager as well. Surely not value for money.

Room was very outdated, lower quality of ambience and even bathroom was poorly cleaned with urgent needful maintenance required. There was too much dust in breakfast room too.

We had landed in vadodara and made a booking as we couldn't go home due to floods. I had a confirmation but the hotel didn't give us a room as they hadn't received a confirmation We waited for 45 minutes and had to leave because the confirmation hadn't arrived. Now neither is refunding the money nor is the hotel. We'll i'll be using another service provider henceforth

Small rooms and bad staff

Rooms are too small compared to the price. I paid rs 7000- for executive room category, they mentioned on makemytrip that the room is above 300sq ft & has bath tub & all. The room was extremely small & ended once entered, like munna bhai hostel. Forget bath tub there was not a centre table & sofa even which we get in other hotel rooms for this price. Even water was not served as a welcome drink. When asked the reception directed me to restaurant & asked me to get water for myself. Staff has no courtesy towards guests. When complained about the room she told me that this is what you will get in this category for rs 7000- so overall very bad experience.
