The room was clean and tiddy, the bedsheets were good and no stains. The room lacked amenities. It was a very compact room but would do the job if you are on a budget and just want to spend the night. Staff was very nice had no issue with anything.

First thing i saw when i entered the room was cockroaches. Smelly room. No big choice in food. Uncomfortable bed. Services were ok. No dust bin in the room - only in the toilet. Very small tv - room had one just for namesake. On the whole i will never book into grog ever again. Complementary breakfast in the room - no dining hall.

The location is quite accessible, staff was polite, only issue was toiletries were not adequate and the bathroom fittings were loosely fit

I had a very bad experience this time when the hotel charged rs 300 extra for just 2 hours of pre-checking and neither the mattress on the bed was in good shape, nor the pillow was in good condition, nor was the tv on.

Reception counter person was very roughly talking when i asked him about inclusion of breakfast bcis i had written while booking for morning breakfast he was very angry and told talk to makemytrip it means they were not happy with person who are coming from makemytrip or similar in the next morning i asked for breakfast for which i was paying he told that gas pipeline is not working today they need direct customer

Insects roaming in washroom & 2-towels were also not placed. Ciggerate smokers in nearby rooms kept smelling a lot! such issues need to be addressed immediately.

I booked this hotel from uae, on arrival the receptionist asked me for my id and the other guests id. Which i gave him respectfully, as soon as he realized that i am a muslim and i am going to stay with a hindu, he refused to accommodate me and my girlfriend. I paid in advance, i read the rules, there was not a single point mentioning that hindu & muslim couples are not allowed. He said i will get a refund for my booking which i haven’t received yet and he refused to scratch out my personal details which he asked for before refusing me the stay. I am very disappointed by the hospitality and he was not ready to accept that he made a mistake by not updating the rules. The worst experience, wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

Good place and comfortable to stay. And it's very close to railway station within walking distance so it helps and is useful even for late night train travelling.

Yes they may charge for early check in but that means they can’t rent the room out the night before so not unreasonable if you think about it. Hotel looks good from the outside and decoratively is well maintained on the inside. Reception staff are efficient. Not the most welcoming that i have had but not sure their level of english helped with this. Rooms are of a good size with a couple of chairs and comfortable bed. On a pretty quiet street. Room was quite warm at all times of day. Shower good but basin tap had to be turned on under the sink. Water pipes make a whining noise if you leave the bottom wash in just the wrong position. Extractor fan and air circulation system are incredibly efficient, mirror doesn’t even get steamed up. Extractor fan noisy though. 2 cockroaches the first night and then another on the second. At this point we let reception but also let them know we weren’t the slightest bit worried about it. Ever heard of man eating cockroaches? to their credit they insisted on spraying the room while we were out on the third day. Sadly another appeared that evening. I think it must just be that time of year as this was probably the cleanest room i have stayed in and so is not a cleanliness issue. All the usual black spots were clean ie top and behind tv, top of wardrobe and lights, under the bed etc. Needed to extend by a night which we were led to believe wasn’t a problem but when we went to do so was told the whole hotel was now booked up to the end of january which was a shame. Thanks for a pretty peaceful stay.
