I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by an ongoing power outage. The electricity had been down since 6 a. M. On the day of my visit, and it remained off throughout the day, causing considerable inconvenience. The lack of power meant that many basic amenities were unavailable, including air conditioning, lighting, and even the elevator.

Cockroach roaming inside rooms, no dental kits provided no water bottle, no towels were placed at the time of checking waited for 10 mins for new towels, all the bedsheets where in cupboard

Very comfortable room and good service in staff there is no traffic noise, it is completely quiet and peaceful here.

It was a pleasant stay, the kitchen services were below average ordered tea and it came after 45 mins, we ordered dinner at 11 am and kitchen was closed till then. However rooms were good and clean.

Check-in & reception: 5/5 the check-in process was swift and efficient. The reception staff greeted us warmly and offered to assist with luggage. They were professional, friendly, and provided clear directions to our room and an overview of the hotel’s amenities. The lobby is well-designed, with comfortable seating and a welcoming ambiance. Room quality: 4. 5/5 the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a modern, sleek aesthetic. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there was ample storage space for luggage. The bathroom was well-appointed with a rain shower and premium toiletries. The only minor issue was a slight odor from the air conditioning, but it was quickly resolved when we notified staff.

It was good enough. But the hotel didn't provide the basic accessories like tooth brush. And tooth paste. The bathroom was too small. And it was not that hygiene overall it was good. Also the restaurant. People were not receiving the calls.

There were 2 rooms booked. Absolute nightmare fuel. One room had bedbugs and the other was infested with cockroaches. Please if you value your basic hygiene or stay do not ever stay here. It also has an eerie feeling as if you’re being watched. It’s a shady spot for people looking to do shady things. Not for a normal person. Please don’t ever book.

It was a very shabby place. The rooms had a very bad odour. No proper facilities of toiletries or water and the towels were super dirty

I had a negative experience due to the accommodation providing a small sofa bed in the hall, which resulted in the third person having to sleep on it. When addressing the issue with the staff, they insisted that the sofa bed was the only option and even demonstrated how their own staff members were using it for sleeping.

Bed room ac is not working i told hotel staff but they told me we have only 1 room available so can’t help in last 4-5 months i stay in this hotel more then 12-13 time but this time services not satisfied me

This is not a 4 star property that it claims, it doesnt provide in-house meals offered, not happy with food services at all

Ac not worked for the enire stay of 4 days. Even after multiple complaints they didn't resolved it. After 5th day when i said i will extend the stay only if they sort this, they changed the room. Food in the inhouse restaurant is worst and their service is also bad. Better to order from outside. They didn't check everything once previous guest check out is done. Fridge mein left overs are there.
