unhygenic condition of bathroom

Wash basin water outlet in our room no 604 was fully rusted and black. Water nob was also not properly cleaned and full of spots. We dont feel to use it after getting up in the early morning. Even bathroom was also not properly cleaned. We dont expect it from internationaly renouned hotel president. We travel-led frequently across india and abroad but never found such bathroom condition wherein we feel like brushing our teeth in the early morning.

The hotel is a bit old and so the interiors of rooms. Centrally located, it is convenient, however. Food is very good as far as my experience of veg cuisine that i had. Service is very good.

Rooms are well maintained by trained staff. Special thanks to all food provided by hotel president. But one problem regarding is the delivery of services is not quick. It's ac and mosquito in room.

Amazing stay. Food is great. The best part is service, each staff be it mr. Ali or mr. Vishal at front desk, sagar at the restaurant or arif as chauffeur, everyone was best at providing the service. Rooms are very clean, hygienic and the best part was in room dinning. Can't expect more from a front desk manager ( mr. Ali) who helped us in the last minute by dropped us to railway station in his own car as the hotel cab couldn't make it to the hotel dur to road blocks for vip visit in vadodra. Service is no less than a five star property or even better.

Pleasant stay. Good food. Good buffet breakfast. Good and friendly service. Convenient location, more so for railway station, bus stand and airport. Vadodara state museum, palace etc are also close to this hotel.

I was in president hotel for 2 days stay. Room and all services are excellent. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was very lavish and clean. All the tourists attractions are nearby within 3 km range. Overall enjoyed my stay here.

Location was convenient. Sumptuous breakfast spread and excellent food quality. Toilets / commode need better maintenance and cleaning. Bed linen and bath towels should have been cleaner. Very courteous and efficient staff.

They upgraded my room to execute room. Room size was good. Room cleaning was average. Bed and bath linen were not upto the mark. Towels were old and not cleaned properly.
