Excelllent stay. Courteous staff. Stayed here after 8 years. Nothing changed much improvement points: rooms getting older. If renovated, it will b a un matched property

No one has come out to take our luggage. When we arrived at hotel. We have to carry it and climb staircase of hotel entry. When we enter the room found that no towels, hand napkin, soap, shampoo were there. After asking we got towels looking very old soap of medimix small size mat be of rs 2- or maximum 5- big crack in the wash basin. Not worth recommending this hotel to others.

Power backup not available 5 hr totally staying without light and fan and ac. Management not responding porparly, my suggestion don't stay in this hotel

We have booked regency room & getting photo bath in washroom when book. But there we go & they say bath for suit room. Why u saw photo bath in washroom regency room this is not fair & we have order for dinner. For yuvraj menu book praise 150- they charge 190- say no. This is wrong in booklate no discount for parcel dinner we book. No south india food available for dinner. Bit in menu sf o big list for south indian. So not happy.

We know that there is a flood in that area, and we still choose the hotel youraj. As we are regularly in hotel youraj. We check in and ask whether hot water is available or not, but they are assured that yes there's 24x7, hot water. Unfortunately there is no hot water available at all. We asked if they said that who told you hot water was available. Which is not expected we understand some issues during natural problems due to heavy rain. We are expecting the actual situation nothing else.

Yuvraj. The best and one of my favorite hotel. The stuff people are amazing and very polite. God bless all. A girl in reception is really very calm and polite.

Linen was very much dirty, spots were on the sheets, behaviour of female executive was very rude. It’s very old property not maintained properly
