It was a very pleasant stay at baroda the only thing which i personally felt is lacking is early checking the chicken time for hotel is 2:00 p. M. Which is very od it should be around 9 to 10 a. M. And that makes visitors more comfortable because if you are on a business trip you can't afford to wait for hotel checking till 2:00 p. M. One has to get ready and rush for business meetings so this is the only factor which i didn't like rest hotel staff very good reception staff very good food very good stain hotel very comfortable total five star rating

Service is not upto the mark, they didn't provide dental kit, by default, you have to ask them, then only f hey wil provide, staff are not experienced

Hotel location is little away from main city. I booked room with breakfast through mmt, but when i checked in, it was not mentioned in hotel portal. Room was good. Ambience is ok. Food was decent, variety is less. Experience was somewhat good.

Service is slow, sometimes not entertained. Food is ok. Repetition of menu in buffet. Kitchen services poor at restaurant. Room had faulty drainage, non functioning dispensers. Water provided in the room was filled unhygenically beside a dustbin from a jug. Average stay. Slow service. Restaurant at breakfast was mismanaged, room had faulty drainage, defective soap dispensers and in room service was also very slow. In room dining menu took 1 hr to come. Called for water that didn’t come for ever. Hygiene of in room water was compromised. House keeping people filled water bottles on floor besides dustbins from a 20l jug. There was no ro water

My stay at regenta was great. The staff is very polite and helpful, fast service. The food was excellent quality. I wish the reception area had more people as there are a lot of people during check-in and check-out. Location is towards the outskirts of the city, however i was on a business trip, so i chose this location purposely as i had to travel to nearby cities like dahej and the access to the highways and expressways was easy. The cleanliness of the room could improve a bit to make it perfect.

Worst service we have received we order breakfast 11am they delivered at 12 :10 pm after having so many calls that too very cold breakfast even it was not made hot and the quantity which we order was not served so again i order at 12:15 pm for the other quantity they gave that order around 1:20 pm and the order was only bread toast so you can see the facilities we have received very terrible experience
