The rooms of the hotels are not the same as shown while booking. The curtains are dirty and not in proper condition and also the tv is not working. The construction work is going on so there is a lot of disturbance. So, we didn't check in.

The staff management, food, hotel room, everything was really good. Hygienic stay. At a very reasonable price. It is located near the railway station and you need not to hire any transport. It is a walking distance.

Make my trip helped me in finding the property. Issues with cleanliness and hygiene in washroom need to improve it, comode was not senetized even bathroom was not also so clean.

The service was exemplary throughout my stay. The staff were courteous, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable experience. From the prompt check-in process to the daily housekeeping, every aspect of the service was handled with professionalism. Special mentions go to the concierge team, who provided excellent recommendations and assisted with local bookings and reservations.

Worst stay. The staff wasn't courteous. Early check was requested, wasn't provided at 7am. Even after 2 guests checked out, they didn't consider giving room at-least for a shower. Checked in later. Rooms were not in good shape. Dirty linen and no things in order. Bathroom was horrible. Holes on the wall and insects. Breakfast was ok.

The property is in very bad condition, not only in the structural way is old and least maintained but also in service and cleanliness. There were spider webs in each and every corner no handles and knobs were wiped off the dusts since many days, window glasses and mirrors in room and bathroom were dirty even toilet commode and seat was not serviced since many past check outs. Doors, locks, latches were in bad condition and management is not at all bothered to look after how the service staff is cleaning or maintaining or not. Food was not at all commendable as only 2 things were kept on deak for breakfast one was fried pakodas and poha, both were cold and bread butter with tea and coffee. All the preparations were brought up un-heartedly just for the sake of the duty.

not as good as it was before need to improve a lot the yes the price is low but need basic amenities atleast cleaning every day dirt everywhere insects everywhere and lastly found a rat in the room booked for 2 days and stayed for 1 checked out early as possible 😄

Hotel was badly managed and no hygiene and toilet were surprisingly dirty. No hot water.
