The room was not spacious. Dental kit was not provided. Other than that it was good. Food was also quite good

The fern residency is a perfect 3 star hotel stay in vadodara. Walking distance from railway station. Only drawback is you get to hear train sound from the station during night.

Great food, decent room, averagesurround area

Rooms good for price paid. Breakfast buffet was too good. Ala cart e food also good. Hotel location little crowded at center of town, surrounding area not so clean to have a walk.

1. valet drivers disappear after parking the car 2. security guy d9es not even know where the valet drivers park the car. the venue doesn't have their own parking space 3. restaurant manager doesn't know what is available at what time 4. this one is hilarious. they refused to cook cheese paratha (it was in the menu) because "cheese tawe pe chipak jata he" 😂 5. lift did not work half of the day - my room was on 3rd floor 6. they only pay attention to banquet customers.

We checked in late and surprised to see the electronic doors not working. Due to which we were stranded outside the room for almost 30 minutes, after checking in the hotel. No quality check was done by maintainence staff before guest arrivals. What a waste of time

Not well maintained, location and approach road is very bad, very small hotel in a very small location (opened in a corner) no parking space, hotel management is also not good

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for the price charged. • The rooms were not up to the mark and lacked the comfort expected at this price range. • The area in front of the hotel felt congested, which impacted the overall ambiance. • The surroundings were not ideal and detracted from the overall experience. Room was nice, cleanliness was good but the staff was very impatient for the check out. The check out timming was 12 pm, we got the call at 11:55 for the reminder that was not a problem. We asked them for the extension of half an hour and they agreed. At 12:40 we were almost done and taking the luggage out of the room, the phone rang and it was priyanka in an very impatient and rude voice tone from the reception “ ma’am when are you checking out? you told 12:30 and its already 12:40. I have the arrivals. I am sending someone to take your luggage. ” is this the tone to talk with your guests? everyone knows the check in time is 2 pm not 12:30 pm. You have still have the buffer period of 1 and a half hour.

Very good and warm hospitality. Front office greets you with a smile and are very caring. Ms priyanka needs special mention, she arranged an early check in for us which helped us immensely to plan the later part of the day. Food is excellent and overall stay was extremely comfortable.

room : it was so noisy outside. and soundproofing was really really terrible. 😢 hotel location is very near to bus station and entire night i was not able to sleep due to a noise done by buses going every 5 mins. cleanliness : bedsheet had stains so does the small pillow. staff service : no one helped me in carrying luggage bag during check-in. i booked this hotel just by reading name of *the fern* , but it was a big mistake. it was not worth of my money. very bad experience. we'll not recommend anyone.

Not upto standard for cleaning in bathrooms. Only provided shampoo, shower gel and hand soap! no hand towels provided which is v strange, had to ask several times before it was provided. Decent breakfast, only non veg item was boiled eggs. Rest was all veg and good selection + live dosa counter was good. Staff was helpful. Water bottles provided. V clean bedsheets!
