Stay was good and hotel was clean. Food was also good. Breakfast was good and arrangements was good. Location is perfect to move any location within varodara. Good option for buisness stay and also for family stay overall was good one.

I had booked a club category of room including breakfast and dinner. The room was clean with a road side view from the balcony. It's walking distance from the railway station. Food was also good and they had taken care of my special requirement for jain food.

Ac was very noisy. Water for bathing was no so hot even water was dirty. Not able to connect with reception as there was some issue with landline

We had booked for 24 hr check in and check out, which was not given to us when we arrived at the hotel, make my trip and oasis hotel both denied it, very unprofessional behavior, and bad customer service.

display on their site 'checkout 24 hrs after checkin. So we booked hotel oasis at vadodara gujarat for 2 nights stay with flexible checkout - 14th nova checkin and 16th nova 2024 checkout. Therefore we booked our return journey suitable to 'flexible checkout. However hotel staff denied the fexi checkout as displayed. Staff is displaying a notice stating misinformation about the checkout. The misinformation forced us( 2 senior couples) to checkout as per hotel's checkout policy causing us terrible inconvenience. Hotel staff was cooperative but uncourteous. Food substandard. Wahrooms ill-designed. We sense apparent local management corruption in many departments where inventory purchase and claim is involved. In short property has good scope of improvement. Thank you.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the power outlets work. The wifi could be a bit more stable. Otherwise everything is ok.

Reception service is good. Bathroom was not clean. Rooms had a peculiar smell. The lobby looks good but the hotel needs renovation with new fittings
