The stay of the location was not at all accessible. When we got there, they let us in without the ids. Post reaching the room, we found the washroom dirty and the room too conjusted. Even when we were leaving with so many luggages, there was no assistance from there side.

Hospitable staff, cleanliness maintained, comfy dorm beds. A breathtaking view of ganga from the rooftop. The rooftop restaurant serves tasty food and they do room service as well for food if requested. The only drawback is that the location is super difficult to trace & track (tip enter the lane through sonarpura chowraha. Ac will be switched off at times and would be turned on as per request.

It was a great stay at a nice location. The view from rooftop was quite great. I stayed in 4 bed dormitory room and it had good ac as well as comfortable bedding. Almirah were provided but there were lack of locks. Staff was good.

The hospitality provided by the manager jitendar was awesome. Those who are looking for an economical and comfortable stay should visit backpackers. I would recommend the backpackers management to arrange a permanent e rickshaw for travellers smooth transit from the hotel's location to the main road.

We booked a shared dormitory of 4 beds it was clean and near the ghat. Best experience ever, great host, clean rooms

The worst hotel I ever stayed in the location of the hotel wass very poor it was very far away from the main road and the road to it was poor. The staff here was unprofessional. The bed sheets given were not clean. The cleanliness and hygiene was not maintained at the hotel. Overall a very bad stay experience .

Stay was hassle free just the location was bit tricky to find. Staff was so helpful. Few issues with drainage else everything was clean, tidy and comfortable

I booked this place with the high hope however the experience was just below average. First of all nobody bothers to answer a call if a guest is arriving around midnight & has informed the hostel prior about it, so be prepared to wander around in the lanes of banaras(the maps don't help you anyway) & figure it out for yourself how to reach a place. Secondly, high rates of food with not so good taste with major hygiene issues in & around kitchen and rooms too with badly stinking washrooms doesn't make a stay worthy enough.

Good, upendra the reception attendant is nice. I don't know his name probably the manager is worst. He didn't know how to behave friendly. Restaurant is little expensive
