Misleading photos and poor service

I booked the hotel for two days but it was a disappointing experience. The room was not the same as shown in the photos, and there were no toiletries provided. The bed sheets were dirty, the room had a bad odor, and it lacked basic amenities. Overall, i would strongly suggest not wasting your money on this hotel.

I had a great stay at fh lemon grass, spacious rooms, pure hygiene room, great amenities provided by the hotel, welcome kit and complimentary water bottle provided by hotel.

Poor service ac is not working properly bed service of food overall hotel is not good its a bed experienced for booking via make my trip. There is no response on coustomer care hold the line and cut the phone

Worst hotel for that price. They are not maintained at all. Staff behaviour is worst. You have to tell them 10 times to get things done. Better visit and then book this hotel. See for yourself.

Terrible rooms and terrible service. Pathetic hotel and i am not gonna recommend it to anyone. The fan was making noise and air conditioning was not working properly. The hotel was very dirty and untidy. 0 stars to this hotel.

Breakfast included - not provided, rooms were too smelly, we have a small kid & no service to get milk from hotel, have to search all around near by location for the same & staff had denied to warm milk at hotel purchased from outside saying that we don’t have active kitchen.
