Washroom fittings are not stable. Blanket is very dirty. Television not working. Unhygienic washroom. No kitchen in the property. Careless staff.

Not a fab hotel - worst ever experience!

I was offered their lowest category room on ground floor, ( which had tiniest washroom in the world without no wash basin) when checked in, which want the one i paid for and not covered under fab hotels. They tried cheating. Then no toiletries, no tea coffee sachets, geyser connection suspended and phone wires cut off. My room number was 305 and you can get this checked by sending your team on a visit.

My stay was average because the staff was not supporting that much i told to them for some glasses and plates but after 3-4 times he gave me and also tv was not working. Bedsheet was dirty too.

Room was under construction food was brought from local hygienic food stall just outside from the hotel bathroom items were missing tv was not functioning support staff behaviour was pathetic fab hotel not resolved the issue despite several communication

Very very bad experience in this hotel. Rooms are not small it was too small. Two person can't stay in one room. I think room size is less than 100sq ft. And bathroom too too small. Bathroom exhaust is in corridor. All corridors was smelling very bad. Bed size was 3ft * 6ft. Don't book with full payment. First go and see. And than i am very sure you will not stay

Hotel is located at a convenient location equal distance from vishwanath temple one side and bhu other sode. Rooms are decent and staff is courteous. Have only one issue that room was completely sealed and had no ventilation.

Bad rooms, no proper cleaning, no light, it gives a terrible experience.

In pictures they show good rooms but in actual rooms are so terrible that you can't stay even half an hour. Housekeeping staff is not good. Cleaning was not proper. Lots of hair were there in the washroom. Room was stinking. Very bad, will never recommend this hotel for anyone

The hotel is extremely terrible. Don't go for the pictures. The room was dirty with spider webs and mosquitos. No room freshener it stinks. No toiletries soap towel or even toilet paper. They have western toilet but no toilet paper option at all. Bedsheets were dirty and having stains. The bed side table was broken n lying on the floor. The tv didn't work. No remote for ac n tv. No hot water in bathroom. Shower was broken. The staff is not helpful. They won't listen anything unless you ask them 10 times. It was a nightmare. Pathetic experience
