I had a hard time staying for which i had to rent another room even though it had toilet and common i couldn't expect. So bad experience. The room did not match the picture

Nice accomodation for family. I'll give them five stars for service and cleanliness. Food is also available there, though i don't comment on it as i haven't ordered from them.

Perfect place to stay. Extremely close to shri kashi vishwanath temple and the ghats. Super friendly staff. Rooms are clean and the property has all the amenities one might expect of a lodge.

Room in ground floor is small. Staff helpfull. Autos can not reach to hotel place. We have to walk half km but it is near by temple and free meals in annapurna temple

Location is very near to temple. But very difficult to go to the property for aged persons like us. Room was very small and no proper ventilation. Service is mediocre.

I didn't know regular room means without ac and they were asking too much extra money for ac and even room was in terrible condition tv is there but you can't watch anything on it room cost me almost 1100 and it doesn't even have separate toilet and washroom had to use comman wash room worst experience ever

Terrific washroom taps were not working bed was small after paying 700 rs extra combined washroom and ac was provided which also most of the time was not working due to power off despite having power back up ac could not be started also fan was also not working properly. Staaf behaviour was also very rude didn’t cooperated. After repeated request also management didn’t supported

We stayed in 203- premium ac room: 1. No cupboard to keep your clothes. 2. Very small room, untidy, washroom dirty, flush not working, ac not working

No ware written ac or non ac room. Basic amenities they show ac, but while checking, they are saying you booked non ac room and got extra 1000 rs.

It's a good place and very difficult to find the location. Good rooms. The blanket and bedsheet and very bad conditions it as per the price level it should be good one. It smelling so bad like it wasn't changed.

Very expensive room and room is very small and thay have given sharing bathroom. Over all bad experience. But staff is very good and supportive.

Location is good but the room was so small and conjusted. All taps of bathroom were leaking. Bed is very small and no facilities.

Pathetic rooms, it says luxury rooms but apart from 2 beds there's not some to sit freely or walk. Rooms are too congested. Probably the worst bathrooms i've even seen. Had booked 2 rooms but seeing the other rooms condition, planned to cancel but wasn't allowed. Please don't plan to book if you're traveling eith elders.

They don't even have attached washrooms, no ac and lots of mosquitoes, bedbugs. No cleanliness nothing works
