Hotel location is in main city, which is good. Hotel building and parking are good. However barroom needs to be maintained. Restaurant can be better.

Well behaved staffs, foods are delicious. We had a very pleasant stay at this property. Front desk manager mr. Amit pal & restuarant manager mr. Jaiprakash ji are extremely helpful.

Sraff is very rude. Hotel checkin time is 12pm but they don't give you room. If you have booked through mmt. We waited for 4 hours and they did t allow the check-in even after having the room. Average hotel. Not like the pics on mmt. Location not comvenient.

Very good service by the hotel team and especially the cleanliness is very good in the room. The food is tasty and fresh. The staff is helpful and has smiley faces. I will definitely like to visit again.

Hotel was ok ok not very good. Also the location is in outer area. Food was ok, but very expensive according to the quality. Staff is ok. Average hotel.

Location is a bit obscure and not known to normal transportation means. Room interiors are old and beds are too soft. Restaurant may not have several items in list but they prepare fresh & tastier. Staff are polite and they did their best. Over all, it’s ok to purpose

*review of hotel buddha* i recently stayed at hotel buddha and would describe it as a decent place, although there were a few bits and pieces missing here and there that could use some attention. The overall stay was comfortable, but some small details left room for improvement. One notable issue was during the complimentary breakfast. The service felt quite laggard, and the waitstaff seemed neither well-trained nor particularly enthusiastic. Whether due to a lack of training or motivation, their demeanor lacked any smiles or greetings, which detracted from the warm and cozy atmosphere one would expect. Additionally, i was given a room with a blanket that had not been cleaned, and towels were missing altogether. This raises a simple question: how can such basic elements be overlooked? while i'm not complaining, i’m sharing this to help management identify areas for improvement. Overall, i would rate my stay as a 4-star experience. With a few tweaks and more focus on the basics, hotel buddha has the potential to offer an even better guest experience. Good luck!

The rooms are pathetic, ac not working and lizards roaming in the room every where and washroom is not of standard of a 3 star property as well.

Property is very good. Hotel staffs are very helpful they preserve good comment from the guests, there is no issue against the property and staff. Restaurant is fine and breakfast offered was fine.

This hotel is doing work by showing the description of another room but providing us the other rooms to stay. The deluxe rooms they are saying have multiple amenties which were lagging in the room provided to us. Also the hotel receptionist had very poor way of handling the customers. Only thing that was good was the housekeeping staff. The hotel was not at all worth price i paid for it.

Food was good, room was good, service bit slow but ok, area was very nice, nice ambience and most important parking facility which is of highest concern at banaras when you go by your own vehicle or booked cab.

Location is good, food is also nice, but rooms r not upto mark, like i stayed in a premium room unfortunately bathroom door is not closing properly, fridge is not working, ac condition is not good even not working properly, room is not that much spacious. Fortunately a balcony is there which is so nice, parking place is nice reception is very good.

Good thing about the hotel is, it is 4 kms away from kashi vishwanath temple, the surrounding is generally peaceful and is 2 kms from the varanasi railway station the food is good and staff is courteous however services were not upto the mark overall i'll rate my stay satisfactory

I was not awarded the room i had booked. When i told them, they said it was booked beforehand. My question is, if it was booked beforehand, why mm t grant me the booking for the same category of room? i paid for one category of room but i was degraded, in awarding the room, though they told me i was upgraded. I am not satisfied with the behaviour of the staffs.
