Hotel is located in prime location very close to the temple and dashashwamedh ghat both walkable. No autos or cars are allowed in this area only hotel car is allowed. Rooms are decent and hotel food was also good. Little higher priced.

Hotel gang-es grand is at a very good location, very close proximity to major ghat and also vishwanath temple. If you are travel-ling with elder parents this is a right place to book. Their are also decent options for street food near by like kashi chat bhandar (famous for tomato chaat. Overall room quality and maintenance were decent, i would rate it 4/5.

Average. Not value for money. Rooms have no sunlight. Felt unsafe if any emergency occurs. Location is ok.

Location is good for temple visitors. However, there are no windo opening any room. Ventilation is only through a. C. First floor rooms are worst. It was causing allergy to us. So, next day, we changed the room to second floor by paying extra thousand rupees. This room was somewhat better, as sunlight was entering through closed window. The hotel changes are exorbitant compared to other hotels. They are charging for location. However, i will not recommend first floor rooms to any one.

Location of hotel is extremely good! very unprofessional housekeeping. Like every day we need to cry for towel replacement. Wi-fi didn't work for throughout the stay for 3 nights. Staff is cooperative.

Very bad service, hot water is not available. After multiple requests they turned on common hot water. For 3 beds, they provided extra bed like this. Metal cot with wheels. The price which we can give for this hotel is below 500rs. I already given complaint to your team. , i request your team can visit like a pilgrim then you will know their reality

I stayed at hotel gang-es grand for 4 nights and had enough time to assess the general hospitality standards from the staff. And i must say that the staff at the front desk was quite rude. Their attitude bordered on take-it-or-leave-it level. There was an air of indifference to all of their responses - whether it was about the local sightseeing queries or request for any support. Not sure, why are they in the hospitality business if they are unwilling to serve their guests well. Breakfast spread was average and more and less repetitive everyday. Except the location advantage, this place has nothing to feel good about. The rooms and linens in room were just average, you may wonder if they were cleaned well not not. Room amenities were below par and super disappointing. If you are looking for a proximity to baba vishwanath temple and dashashwamedh ghat, then go for it. Otherwise, please do not go for it. Overall the property has a pretty gloomy look to it inside and the construction work inside the property added to the chaos. Rooms have poor ventillation and are dimly lit.

Everything is excellent to say the least. Location is perfect. food is very fresh and tasty. special mention about the coffee in the breakfast buffet. just perfect👍 the staff is very courteous as is the nature of people in Banaras😊 hotel services at restaurant, room service,housekeeping were all very good and helpful. I loved my stay at the Ganges Grand. only the size of the room was small and it had no window or view. the travel desk was also very helpful .

Excellent location. Very near to kashi viswanath temple. They have a good in-house restaurant, where they serve delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Staff are courteous and cooperative.

Very well located on the gowduliya crossing - walking distances to both the vishwanath temple as well as dashashwamedh ghat. The hotel is clean and quiet. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Rooms were good. But don't book basic category of room instead book next to basic category also the property serves both veg and non veg food. Location is 5star and the staff is very cooperative! kashi temple, market everything is at a hand's distance.

Staff was very welcoming. Near by to all tourist places. Only drawback is 9am-9pm no cabs are allowed around hotel.
