Stay was good. Staff were good and very helpful and the location was near to temple. Rooms very clean and overall the stay was good. They provided us early check in it was very helpful.

It was an overall satisfactory experience. Room was ok. Its not for 3 people. Washroom cleanliness and charging point they need to improve.

Mujhe one night ke lye approx 3700 ka price lga jabki hotel service ke hisab se approx 1500 hona chahiye 1_ room service slow hai 2_ resturant available nhi hai 3_ location shi nhi hai 4_ price ke hisab se baht jyada costly hai but service 0 hai overpriced hai

Although location is good this hotel does not provide simple tea or water for breakfast. Its located in non hindu area so for a vegetarian like me need to walk towards kashi vishwanath mandir to get a good team and breakfast room was too small to accommodate 3 adults i feel its. Not worth the money i paid for 3 nights

Located in very narrow street of varanasi. Room size was less than expected, felt very less spacious for a family of two adults and two children. No restaurant of its own, but many roadside restaurant available on the main road. Traffic limitations at around 200 meters.

Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Hotel team was very accommodating. They let us extend our stay a bit since we were visiting the temples. The team also helped us arrange for cabs to the airport. The only downside is that it's only a stay. They don't have dining there but you can always order food through swiggy and zomato. Entry to the hotel is a narrow lane and a bit dingy but the hotel is close to all prominent temples in under 10 minutes. It's also 10 mins away from dashasmedh ghat. All in all if you're here to visit temples and don't want to travel too much it's a good stay

I didn't stayed at the hotel and wasn't refunded even. Raised too many complaints through mmt but mmt also not stop responded. Worst customer service ever. Raised multiple times my concern tickets but the customer care said give us sometime we will resolve it and next time when i am calling them a new customer care guy says there is no complaint ticket raised.
