Location of the hotel is good, nearby walking distance to all major places. Rooms and bathroom were very clean. Staff service was good. Overall it was beyond our expectations to find such a great hotel at the price which is comparatively lower than other hotels. During checkout, hotel manager also gave a some gifts, it was really a good gesture.

Location was nice and convenient. Ghats and temples are nearby. Good restaurants are also nearby. Overall it was quiet nice and good stay.

Our stay for 3 nights was very comfortable. Best thing we liked about the hotel is the staff. Super friendly, ever smiling and very prompt. We did not try any food at the hotel as we were having famous banaras street food. Rooms were neat and clean, well maintained and cleaned daily. Bathroom was little cramped but considering the friendly and welcoming treatment we received at hotel, it did not bother us.

The experience of stay was really pleasant. It can be an ideal selection if travellers travel-ls with family. Deluxe room was spacious and well managed with required amenities. The ambiance was well maintained by professional team. Overall experience was amazing that i can say honestly. In case of the further development as a customer wish to highlight the lacuna at restaurant management in terms of adequate professionalism which is not aligned with concurrent specification that prevails in competitive market.

What an incredible hotel! the facilities were on par with a five-star experience. The staff was fantastic, and the location offered picture-perfect views of all the famous spots in varanasi. I highly recommend it. Plus, as three women traveling together, we felt completely safe throughout our stay.

Nice hotel very close to dashaaswamedha that can walk to temple. The food is slightly expensive. One issue is that the hotel is placed in a very small lane so it becomes very difficult to transport your luggage

Very helpful l staff nice and clean place, best thing is its walkable distance to the temple and ghats lots of food options near by and their reasturant has good food too

Location was good as it was around 1. 2 kms from the dasvamedh ghat. Hotel service was to the mark. I liked the food - taste was good and also it was adequate in quantity. It lacked the leisure sitting area. Felt some overpriced.

Came across the place on internet and booked a room. The location and the experience was wonderful. Rooms were spacious and the food served was nice and tasty. The room service staff was very cordial. Hotel hardik pallacio. The ambience was good, the rooms were spacious, staff was very cordial and helpful, the food was very tasty, and moreover the hotel is located close to the best outlets in varanasi.
