If we consider location and cleaning and staff behavior than hotel is good but basic amenities like hot water ( in dc month when temple is low ) not available, towel you need to ask otherwise not available, and many more basic amenities is not their.

Don’t book room in it. Many cockroaches was on bed with dirty bed sheet. I stayed at 205. It’s not a hotel its facilities like dharam shala. Worst experience

Worst experience. No cleaning, no hot water, no proper room service, cockroaches are in the room. We've asked for hot water again and again but they are not helping us. They told us it will come in 10 min, but the 10 min never comes. Cockroaches are in the room, seriously? we are paying for this? they did not provide towels, we asked several times and after that they provided. After room cleaning they fold the same used towel and give it to us. This hotel looks good only in photos. But i don't recommend anyone to stay here. I also request don't recommend it to anyone.

The rooms look nowhere like it's shown in pictures. From the lobby to rooms and washrooms, everything is in pathetic condition. The entire hotel is smelly ( mostly of mustard oil ). Washrooms were dirty and the exhaust was not working either. The bed-sheets and blankets were stained. You barely have any space to move around inside the room. The food was below average. Although we chose breakfast included package, the condition of the breakfast buffet area couldn't convince us to have our meal there. It was worse than a govt hospital canteen. Overall 0 value for money although the hotel is in good location.

Was not clean. Rooms have cracks and basic amenities lacking. Lobby was stinking and full of dirt and cigarette buds.

More cleanliness required. If a person misses two days breakfast included in the bill, it should have been adjusted by two times food equal to the breakfast.

I recently stayed at hotel janki international. and i must say my experience was quite disappointing compared to the expectations set by the images. Location: the hotel's location is decent, situated [briefly describe the location, close to popular attractions or in a quiet area, which was convenient for exploring the area. However, the overall ambiance did not match the vibrant images portrayed. *food* unfortunately, the food quality was below par. The menu offered limited options, and what was available did not live up to the advertised standards. Meals were often bland, and the dining area lacked a welcoming atmosphere. I expected a more enjoyable culinary experience based on the hotel's representation. *services* service at the hotel was another area of concern. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not as attentive as one would hope. There were delays in service, and requests for assistance often went unanswered. This lack of professionalism added to the overall negative experience. *room condition* upon entering my room, i was greeted by an unpleasant odor, which was quite off-putting. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with signs of neglect in upkeep. Basic facilities that one would expect, such as toiletries and proper ventilation, were lacking. In conclusion, while the hotel appeared fabulous in images, my actual experience was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend hotel janki international based on my stay, as the food, and service did not meet expectations. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision.
