The beds were not good quality. There was some metal spring wire coming out of bed which was dangerous. Hot water was not available when needed. Lots of mosquitos in the room and no action was taken to get rid of mosquitos.

Location of the property is prime, situated in the heart of city. The food was good. The owner was good &the service of staff and behaviour was helpful and polite.

The rooms are not very cleaned, there are big stains and we have to change the bedsheets but the staff seems like they are very lazy and making us feel like its our fault that we asked them to change it. I would like to get a full refund for this stay. Because this is not what we expected with the price. The room does not provide hot water at night. It was 11:30 pm and we came back home late realising that the bedsheets are still stained and the water is not hot at all. So we all took a shower with cold water at midnight in november end with winters outside.

Very nice property, very nice staff, had a call from hotel 2 days back to check that i have booked everything locally to visit. Must book hotel in this reasonable cost !

Rooms were clean, location is also on the main road next to luxa thana, ghat and vishwanath temple are at walking distance. Rooms have sufficient space and are well ventilated. The hotel also has a lift and food room service on call. The food quality and taste is nice. Although the prices are a little high. Room service and clean up is just a call away. You can get rikshaw, tot o and auto just outside the hotel gate. Overall nice and comfortable stay.

Great experience. The hotel is quite near to kosi vishwanath temple. Our room was cosy and clean, staff were good, well mannered and cooperative. Mr. Pandey, the manager was very nice, he allowed us an early check in. Food was good and tea superb. We would strongly suggest to avail their hospitality.

Hotel location is good as per name it's in mid city room is good service and behaviour of staff is good there is no resturant in this hotel room service take at least 30 to 40 minute rest is up to mark

Stayed in hotel midcity for 3 nights. Rooms are good in size with good ac. Toiletries were provided but had to ask for towels as they were not in the room on checkin. Was told to check with reception if it comes along for the room. No packed drinking water and tea/coffee kit was provided despite asking for it as they do not provide the same. Ro water was available. Hot water is available after 5 am and provided in bucket before that if requested. Breakfast provided was fixed one dish menu at hotel's discretion which is available during 9-11 am. Seems they do not cook at hotel and order from restaurant outside. Better to eat from outside than availing breakfast option at this hotel. No option to get a packed breakfast either if you checkout earlier which is very evident given their breakfast arrangement. Limited parking is available in front of hotel and your vehicle can get covered with dirt and what not in short time as did ours. Rest hotel is walkable from main area of varanasi with plenty of restaurants and food joints. Overall an ok experience and nothing fancy in staying in this no frills hotel.

The hotel is good to stay, really good a d clean rooms, all amenities and they also have in house kitchen. A bit pricy but our overall stay was comfortable. I would recommend this one to other people.

The location is excellent for a pilgrim visit, as well tourism. Well safety in late night travel at location of property. The service & other occupancy, found well of said budget property.

AC,Fan did not start,pressed hard to change the rooms। Break fast served very late। Only poori and subji with two jalebi, as purchased from some stree wender and served in room, Next day could not provide break fast as we had to leave early not they pcked। I will not like to stay in this hotel in future।

Room is clean and of average size. Hotel is located on main road. Hotel does not have restaurant, but have kitchen to provide room service from 6:30am onwards. Main issue is with non-availability of hot water 24 hours in tap as hotel uses boiler (which is used only during morning hours) instead of electric geyser. Hotel has centralized ac, you may have to inhale cigarettes smoke if someone in nearby room is smoking.

40% of the stay, ac was off, only light and fan was on. 1800- was charged for early checkin which is too high

This hotel is located at a very prime position. It's a very good hotel. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Now onward s whenever i visit varanasi, i'll stay here only as the behavior of the staffs were nice and cooperates well. It is also situated near to vishwanath mandir.
