Both the receptionists were very rude and unprofessional. Along me (male) was my friend (male) as a visitor but they denied entry to the visitor. They said it was against their policy to allow visitor. I asked them to show the policy but they couldn't show. It was around 4pm when we reached the hotel and all these happened, so we finally left the hotel without check-in. Give me the full refund as we couldn't check-in due to the misbehaviour. This is by far the worst hotel i have visited in my life. Mind you, i have even had foreign tours. No one should ever stay in this hotel. Mm t should give me a full refund. I even tried to talk to the hotel representative but all in vain. To cut it short, it is the worst hotel.

I stayed there with my family for 2 days. The hotel is very close to hyderabad gate iit bhu. Good things. 1. The room was at a reasonable rate. 2. Room was little good nad spacious. Bad things 1. The behaviour of the staff at reception was very rude and unprofessional. 2. Make my trip has given early check-in as complementary but the hotel staff was asking more extra money for ealry check in, this too without any bill. 3. Lift was literall too much small. Somehow you you can adjust only 2 people. I got scared at the first time. 4. Reception staff was not allot all cooperative.

Very poor condition of room. Room change request denied. Reception staff response very bad. Though it provides cheap n affordable room but shouldn't be in such disgusting condition.

Thankfully, the room here featured extremely fine furniture, including the bed. When renting a room, you prioritize finding a comfy bed. I loved everything.

No security existed in the balcony side rooms, People easily reached any room and created a severe issue with people, One such incident also happened to me, In the early morning dated 02.06.2024 one person around 7 O'clock tried to see inside the room from window. After This, I reported this incident to the desk person and requested them to ask about this incident with the concerned people who were trying to see from the window. Even now I have not received any clarification from the Hotel OYO Yug Residency Hyderabad Gate IIT BHU. After reporting this incident I immediately left the hotel around 7:30AM morning. But I have Reported this issue to the Hotel Owner also.
