1. Hotel manager behaviour is very rude, check in time at 1 pm, if you go early they will not allow to sit in reception for waiting. 2. Rooms are very poorly maintained, for 4 days stay never they cleaned the room. Not changed the towel/bed cover for single time, after multiple requests they have changed single time in a day. Paint peel off is common thing in all rooms. 3. Foods are not good and expensive. 4. Geyser not available in all the rooms, even where geyser is attached in rooms, those can be switched on by hotel management only, can not be operated by you staying at room. You have make request to them for switching on the geyser. 5. And most worst part of it, the hotel staff or management doesn't even bother your complaints or discomfort, because they have political support. Poor experience of stay, do not think even for staying here.

No water provided. No soaps and handwash. Dirty linen. No space at bathroom and pan. Rust full shower. Pathetic experience.

Hotel location is ok but hotel service very bad and way of talking of staff very roudly. I have ordered food 7. 30 pm but he provided 9pm.

We had a very bad experience with hotel sahu. Staff service was terrible, rude and no proper room service available. They took extra charges for checkin. Totally disappointed with the quality of rooms and hotel services. Rooms were too small not same as given in pics

No value of money, pathetic service and complimentary breakfast. Struggling to get minimum facilities like landline, ac, towels, any room service. After repeated follow up required. per night charge on peak time shall be justified

Worst hotel, very rude staff. No proper ac, electric points don't work. No hot water. You literally have to inform them 30 mins advance for hot water. Pathetic. Torn bed sheets. You don't get cabs from this place, need to walk for cab

A perfect stay but the only problem is that no transportation is available till the hotel gate for stay you have to walk around 800 meters with luggage.
