4- good. The stay in shiv mangalam hotel was good. The rooms booked by me through makemytrip was not updated to the hotel management. However the rooms were provided by the hotel management as per our requirements. Cleanliness of rooms was satisfactory. Hot water is available in the bathroom. Water boiling equipment is available in the rooms.

It was nice room and nice stay agin problem is about property location it not so easy to person how came first time in city it is near varanasi station distance is 2 km
