Hotel services was not good. Room was not clean enough. Hotel staff was not cooperating. Bedsheet and towels were not clean.

Room was small. Bedsheet had oil stain. When i ask to change the sheet the staff said it is permanent oil stain. Blanket was not nice. Bathroom was below average, broken toilet seat, washbasin had poor stream. They only provided 1 towel. No dental kit. Telephone was not working.

Hotel is near to varanasi junction. Reception staff is very very good, courteous and helpful. However hotel need bery much modifications. Cleanliness also required.

Hotel is just in front of railways station of varanasi, staff is cooperative and even caring, especially manager on night duty. Food is ok type but very reasonable.

It's at best location from railway station, food was good in cafeteria. Rest other services were pathetic
Room was not cleaned at all, bedsheets looks dirty even they changed it to their so called cleaned one. Tv was not working and they did not cared even after following up multiple time. Washroom taps were broken and it was dirty. Except food quality in cafe, nothing else was as per our expectation. We some how managed to stay for 1 night. I would never plan my stay to this hotel and also don't recommend others for the same. Thanks.
