Whenever we book a hotel we expect few basic amenities one of them can be running hot water especially in peak winter season and this hotel is not able to provide that even after so many requests and intimation.

Employees from our office often stay here. But this time we had a terrible experience with services. Asked for slippers which came after 2 hours. And asked for water that in room but they simply refused. All is ok if you have empathy. Which was missing when we were checking out.

Service is not good. There were no towel, tissue in room and only one toothbrush. When i called the reception for towel they took 30 mins to deliver it. And no information they provided about kitchen closed. Service is pathetic.
