Excellent location, good staff hospitality, great food - enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Also i got mm t deal so it was vfm for me. Will recommend.

Located right on the tulsi Ghat and walkable distance to assi Ghat. Breakfast is average with very limited buffet spread. Service is poor which needs attention. Check-in provided at 1:15pm against standard check-in time of Noon. We waited at lobby for 75 min. AC remote isn't working properly. But we managed to turn on/off through manual button in AC body. No normal water in Bathroom tap. Only hot water both sides. Room size is small but that's fine as preinformed. Hair near door mat and other areas in room. Informed at reception at 11am to clean the room. Got a call at 7pm for confirmation if room needs to be cleaned. No water or welcome drink offered at the time of check-in Noise coming right outside room like staff is doing cleaning process at midnight which makes it difficult to sleep. Overall experience was average. Hope hotel accept this feedback for future betterment.

The room was very congested. Switch boards were not working. Ac was broken so started without remote and had hard time to turn it off. Managment was not non polite.

It was a great stay. Hotels are good and clean. And its also nearby assi ghar so it is very easy to reach anywhere

Our stay was unpleasant and uncomfortable to say the least. What was assured at the time of booking was never existent during our entire stay. The sheets were stained and dirty, and so were the bath towels. Hot water for shower was a nightmare, even after multiple requests we had trouble getting hot water. A/c was non functional during our entire stay despite being changed from room to room a couple of times. On the whole the stay at heritage varanasi was a very bad experience.

The hotel room was comfortable and services was good however hot water was not available instead of hot water it was normal water

The room was too small i don't like the stay at all there is no hot water properly running and food of restaurant is tasteless and expensive. I will never suggest and recommend anyone to go and stay.

We stayed 3 nights. The elevator did not work during our entire stay. My wife suffered a lot climbing the stairs as she has knee pain, yet the charged me the full amount.

Lift was not in order. Rooms are very very small in deluxe. Staffs are good. Manager is very rude. Location is good. Foods are very costlier as per prevailing rates in varanasi

The rooms were small and not in good condition, with the ac not functioning properly. There was a strong smell of smoke throughout the hotel floors and bathrooms. However, the cleaning staff was polite and attentive.
