Some little problem for car parking and location is congested but hotel over all is good i have taken food out side and varanasi is congested but i have enjoy too much my family enjoy too much

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The early check-in was convenient, and the location is fantastic - just a short walk to the kashi vishwanath temple and the ganga ghat. The rooms were clean, and well-maintained.

Our stay was very good. Very cooperative staffs and manager. The owner of the hotel madam was so nice and polite. Loved their gesture of return gift. First time in my experience of hotel stays. Overall all nice place for young people to stay in thus hotel. All major food stalls, saree markets are near-by.

We wanted a place near the vishwanath ji's temple and chose this place based on the reviews. It is a relatively newly built and our rooms and bathroom were super clean. What we loved the most was the care and warmth extended by the support staff and the owner. Felt family like. They were very open and listened and suggested according to our needs. If you are travelling with senior citizens who would have trouble walking, then they arrange for wheel chair as well. Because of the narrow lane, you may not be able to get the car to their place. But if you call ahead, they will arrange for someone to come and help you with the luggages. They will also arrange for ghat boating and ganga aarthi. Facilities may be there at many places, but very few places, one feels like being cared for with pure heart. This is one of them.

Kashi vishram palace is more like a guest house than a hotel since they do not have a kitchen. Dining in is not an option but the hotel is quite close to nandi chowk and just a minute’s walk will take you to the market where you have all the eating joints including the famous kashi chat bhnadar and deena chat bhandar. Vishal is a good host and really takes care of his guests. He accommodate most of our requests since we were a family of a 7 with a kid as well. He made our stay quite comfortable.

Overall a good experience. The hotel is bit inside "banaras ki gali" so would take time to locate. But once found, got short cut for quick access. It's conveniently located to vishwanath temple and dashashwamedh ghat. Ventilation is restricted but rooms are well decorated. Bathrooms are ok. Nice lounge. The managing people are nice.

Vishram palace was a good hotel in terms of its offerings. Like the hotel had good fixtures and everything. Welcome staff is very good. However the price point was a bit high given its location is kind of hard to figure out even for local food delivery and it doesn’t come with breakfast. I was given room on ground floor and the room had extra mattress without even asking and occupied lot of space. There was a common bathroom just adjacent to my room and it kind of bothered me and i can hear everything outside room. It gets really difficult. Bathroom is super cramped and small(even height wise.

The stay is perfectly clean and comfortable. No issues at all in comfort, room or amenities. I couldn't find one even if i nitpick. The place is close to the temple, close to dashashwamedh ghat, really close to shopping. One thing to consider is that the place is in an alley way, which is like most places in kashi and it compensates by being quiet and peaceful even with being so close to the center.

We had a pleasant experience at kashi vishram palace, the staff is very cooperative, they have helped us for morning darshan, also the location of the hotel is in close proximity to nandi chowk, it takes only 5 mins to walk to reach kashi vishwanath temple & ganga ghat. Rooms & washrooms were neat & clean

We had a wonderful experience at kashi vishram palace with my family, all the renowned landmarks such as kashi vishwanath temple, ganga ghar for evening aarti, kashi chat bhandari are just walking distance from the hotel, i would say that hotel is situated in the heart of city. Vishal has been very kind to us, he has helped us in late check-out of rooms also the tea prepared by aunt y ji was very tasty, in fact it is far better than big brands of varanasi. Our rooms were very neat & clean everything from ac to shower was functioning properly also there was no noise in the property, so we had a sound sleep i will surely recommend this property
