Very poor maintenance, amenities and services. Rats and unhygienic. Location of this guest house near ghat and lane is small to have tuk tuk entire.

It was not up to the mark. They didn't even change towels during our 5 days stay. It's written as complimentary breakfast but even tea was not provided. The rooms are all dark with no ventilation. Strictly not recommended for special needs person and old people. Steep stairs at the entrance. Our experience was not good

The room given to us is only for 2 people. The room is suffocating. Only breakfast given is good. Hotel is at a interior location

The property is situated near pandey ghat so is the tourist attraction is almost at walking distance. The rooms are little small but overall decent to spend time. Since the property is old heritage the place may smell little damp but over it’s nearly kept. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. They arrange transport n stuff as per your need. So overall a good experience.

This was not the property which i booked. They provided an old property in a typical palace. We had been forced to go about 2 kilometers to walk in typical streets. Room was old, unhygienic and all facilities was poor. We are cheated by you and your service. Please make a call to me for my complain.

Bed bugs, congested rooms, unsafe rooms, bad location. On one night, a room caught fire at 4 am. Rain water entered the room and got clothes wet. Floor above under construction.

Booked room is given to the other person.

Not available room in narayana haveli then night time shifted to other hotel. Very small room. Wash room problem even not flushing in water in comode. Very dirty room. Next day we shifted other room. We faced lot of problems. Breakfast is included but they are not given. Service is very bad.

The rooms we booked were not available. They misguided us to other rooms. The place we booked that too was not clean and hygienic. We were made to walk for a very long distance with luggage.

Stayed in narayana haveli for 5 days and 3 nights. I was a bit skeptical about the rooms here and the service i would get but all my doubts were cleared the moment i entered the front door and was greeted by an architecture which was traditional, aesthetic and modern at the same time. The facilities provided were great. No complaints whatsoever and you feel like a nawab when you stay in such a property. It was a unique and amazing experience staying at this haveli in varanasi.

The hotel was very nice at an affordable price and the staff were very polite. It's an old property that was converted into a hotel so the structure of the building is like an old house but completely new from inside. The location of the hotel was very good, only 600m from ghat and 850m from the temple. The complementary breakfast which they are providing is not buffet, it's either idly(4/dosa or puri(4)sabji and tea in limited quantities. But overall it's a good hotel.
