Even after rush in the hotel, they managed to host really well. Sometimes they were irritating as they knocked the door multiple times asking do we need anything or not.

It is about 4-5 km from varanasi junction station. Place is ok. Not very good. Food we did not ordered so don't know good quality and taste. Staff was good.

No parking place was there. The hotel is very stinky. Food quality was the worst. Not recommended to anyone for staying. The mattress is not good for resting. Will never ever come back to nirvana again.

Overall it was a good experience. Hotel staff behaviour is very good. I liked the stay here, i think they only need to do some basic changes like bed which was too soft and bathroom cleanliness. Rest food, hotel location, staff behaviour was totally good.

Requested for before checking they denied in rude way saying we can’t help out for that i have to take another hotel and in varanasi on that day there is a big festival and because of that i m not getting hotel my suffering in road for rooms so make sure it will not happen to others

they don't have 24 hot water supply for bath, no buffet breakfast, restaurant at basement, dirty towels and linen, handles of doors and curtains of windows broken smelling toilets, no toiletries provided just a 1 rupee shampoo.

The room service was poor. The landline qas not operational. Bathroom essentials not provided unless asked for. And they even charged for water in the room

The overall hotel was very dirty and room was full of dust, i ordered 2water bottles even those was covered with dust. Morning breakfast food was also not good.
