The worst experience till date has been staying in a hotel in varanasi. The hotel looks very bad, the rooms are just like village rooms. Everything is compact. There is no lift and the stairs are also very dangerous. There is no slipper in the room, no shaving kit and dental kit. This is a very bad experience of staying in this hotel.

Yes. Sari n in, two hotel in vanarasi, confusion creates for reacing. No lift, no any kitchen. I am check out on dated 25 nov. Morning 7 am. But my booking 24nov to 26 nov.

Poor Stay

Pre-booked rooms were not blocked and were occupied when we checked in. And they were trying to give us some other rooms which were much smaller than what we booked. Rooms hygiene was bad - - bathrooms had hair strands all over. - linen was stained. - bath towels were full of lints. - rooms were outdated and worn-ed off.
