It was a very good place i went as a solo traveller and had a wonderful experience. Dorms are comfortable. Staff is very nice. They host like family members and make your stay very comfortable.

Poor Stay

Room was not worth the money as bathroom was filled with insects and when asked for soap they refused saying we do not provide toiletries. We had one more room and had to use their washroom as our condition was so bad

Very worst experience. The service and management was very poor. It seems the property has it's owner; however it also being managed by a few partners. These parteners follow no rules. I didn't see any norms being followed. We were more than 14 people inside the dormitory. And i couldn't sleep for 10 minutes in both the day and nights. Because hotel partners would hangout with a 4-5 travellers (who came from delhi area) and keep on shouting, laughing etc during the entire night. They would keep the light on, have random discussions and keep laughing the whole night by not considering other fellow travellers sleep and mental health. I saw a few elders inside the dormitory, who must have come to varanasi for a peaceful stay, however i observed that they also couldn't sleep well in the dormitory because of the non-stop noise. Very worst experience overall. Would never recommend this place to others.
