So much frustrated after chech-in the hotel. As per the booking details most of the items not available in the room and in the hotel, not worthy the booking rate as per facility provided by the hotels. As per my opinion westin is good name in the market, but i am not happy with the services provided by the hotel. I suggest mm t is review my comments and take necessary step.

Images do not match with the quality of the hotel not good rooms everything was broken towels were not that clean

Room was decent and spacious but bathroom was clumsy and lacked basic amenities. Shower and taps were not maintained properly. Towels too.

Stay was ok, the amenities and services were quite good. Room were good but we should also have a separate bathing area as bathing option was only bath tub and that too faulty

Very comfortable stay. Perfect location. Staff at reception very friendly and professional. Room s quiet and peaceful. All the amenities what you expect are available.

We stayed there for one night. The stay was definitely not worth it. The room maintenance was mediocre at best- no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, lamps about to fall off- an overall shady vibe. The breakfast should have been better- both in terms of variety and quality

Hotel is not worth of high price, old property. Not properly maintained, not much options in breakfast buffet. Charging high comparative to other property in surrounding areas. Staff is good and polite, but property management is pathetic.

Good and maintained property, location was prime, parking was good with guard. Check in was easy, bathroom was good

The room was quite not ok as per the charges. There were cleanliness issues. No water bottles or sufficient towels were provided. The bed was uncomfortable and appeared to be broken. They have not replaced the bed sheets or bed runner, which was used by a previous customer. Cobwebs near room telephone. The management needs to keep a check on the hygiene area. Not at all satisfied. I didn't even like to stay for a full day and checked out in the evening itself.

Unprofessional gentleman at front dues

As i visited approx. At 8 pm on 13 september'24, first interaction with front desk staff. He remained very busy on phone. After 10 minutes, i asked him " how much time would you like to allot the room to me. He stated that it would take some time. Then i requested him for sitting. This fellow didn't have any courtesy for offering the seat or water if time he was taking the time. As i entered the room, after 10 min i received the call from reception that there was some problem in room ac & he had to service it & asked to change the room. As i entered in second allotted room, 2 maintenance staff entered in the room for draining the water from the ac. Totally, unprofessional approach. But, the maintenance staff & waiters are very polite & their service was excellent.
