There was so many ants on the bed and inside the room. They had torchured whole night. Room was not clean and in a very pathetic situation. I demanded water but people have not given. After three times of request at the counter water was served. I don't have image at present. This is my experience to all the visitors. I don't want any discount.

I was stayed in room no 251, basin tap water not giving, flush of bathroom not working. This was worst at this cost

The stay here was good. The location is close to lanka gate, bhu. The staffs here are very cooperative and ac rooms were quite clean. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Bedsheets and blankets used many time it's dirty not changed at all, room smell like unbearable. The pictures and real room is totally different, no tv connection, bathroom choked, not recommended at all

Hotel was decent to stay in budget category. Cleanliness is average. Distance from bhu hospital is the biggest advantage.

Rats and cockroach were running here and there, windows and doors were not able to close, rain water were coming inside

No one will disturb you. But if any thing is required very urgent then you should not have so much expect from them. Example all out for mosquitos. Otherwise it is good. Food is hygienic but it is very costly. Room is affordable with respect to any other hotel. . . I love this hotel
