The room was spacious, well kept with ample furnitures, neat and clean. Quiet ambience, walkable distance to the beach, highle reccomenable to couples.

I booked a non ac room, on the ground floor. The room was so clean and neat, and looked very fresh. The furniture is well maintained and gives an ambience of a premium hotel room. Toilets are well cleaned and maintained. About the location, the property is very close to varkala cliff, it takes a 1 minute walk to the cliff.

The place is neat & clean & the rooms are spacious also as displayed in the pics. The only cons is the roads & bylanes to the place are very dark during the night & feels unsafe. Further i didn’t find any caretaker or watchman in night. This place is around 1. 7 kms away from the main beach, but is connected by makeshift roads to the main market area.

Deluxe ac room aloha homestay is a well maintained property with a pleasant environment and safe to stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, cozy and comfortable, bathrooms are clean with a small sit out area which is relaxing. It's very close to the varkala cliff. The owner is so kind, attentive and helpful. They provide bike rental services. Overall we enjoyed the stay at aloha.

Food is not available, 3 mins from the beach, what’s being reviewed about the property is not true, nothing happening over here, no double bed, two cot has been made as single bed, beds are not comfortable, the receptionist is helpful, housekeeping is not at all good, after cleaning the room will be sticky. Mud road, little bit inside, a college hostel with ac room- single word to say, flush water is not proper, shower water is not proper. Overall nearly decent experience, 1300/day should be the cost considering the facilities or amenities

Rooms are good and very quite to stay. . It’s just 500m away to cliff and family friendly. Ideal location for beach lovers* i found it to be an excellent choice for those who love easy access to both the beach and transportation. Situated very near to the beach, the hotel offers the convenience of enjoying seaside walks and sunsets just a stone's throw away. Moreover, its proximity to the railway station makes it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by train. The hotel provides the additional benefit of arranging cabs or autos promptly, catering to guests' transportation needs effectively. This was particularly helpful for exploring nearby attractions and getting around the city with ease. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxing retreat after a day spent exploring the nearby beach or city sights. The property is very beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and the washrooms were really clean. The homestay had a small sit out area with a small garden which was beautiful. The only drawback is the stay is little far from the north cliff and the roads leading to it are very small and bumpy roads. There are no tv in the room. The staff helped us in getting the bike for rental and assisted in booking cab/autos overall it is a really great property with good cleanliness compared to other properties in the area
