Food, location, service all were excellent, except some issues like, waste bin was broken and due to that we were opening the same with hand, and bed sheet was stained.

The way to the beach is very narrow. Actually there is no proper road. You have to cross very narrow waterlogged lanes. Our door lock was not working properly. The dialer/receiver phone which was kept in the room was not working. The service was good. Food was tasty. But if you think about the location the rate is overpriced.

Let me start wit Awww.. My daughter the moment we entire room the fragrance smell was really good. Its was raining badly we had a cup of tea and went to pool. Pool was very well maintained and staffs were very friendly and good supported with all the things like towels and umbrella. We order some starters, instructed to make it spicy and as we expected starters was so spicy and delicious dragon chicken, egg chilly and chilly chicken they cooked very well and served near pool though it was raining staffs are very good enough to serve all the foods near pool as per our requirements. Starting from Manager Vinu till house keeping all are so good. No one expect single pie from anyone if you like to pay tips there is a tips box u can put it. Coming to breakfast they hve good varieties and loved breakfast to and ordered biryani and fish for dinner everything was delicious over all I stayed 2 nights worth for money, stay everting. Mine I loved is there hospitality. Thank you Vinu and Team❤️

Highly recommended resort in varkala for budget friendly. Food was soo hygiene d and tasty too. The hospitality of staff was remarkable. Me and my family very much satisfied on this property. Mostly recommended for families for staying in this resort

The property is good. Rooms were neat and clean. Room service was also prompt. Staff was courteous. They only have pool view rooms. Though cliff is pretty close by around 5 mins by car.

Pleasant stay. Rooms are good and reasonable for the price. Pool is 4ft depth even non swimmer can enjoy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent, especially breakfast buffet. The resort ambience was lovely & very serene. We look forward to coming back.

The place is nice, but the beat is its owner/representative. He is very cordial. He guided us for the entire varkala and arranged cab for distant places. The staffs here are very nice and the way they welcome you to their place just makes you feel like your own place.

We had wonderful 3 days at deshadan resorts. Rooms were hygienic, swimming pool was clean, breakfast was great and staff were friendly and helpful. Location is very close to the varkala cliff is easy to reach by walk.

Good place to stay with your family and friends. Their service was good, the staffs were friendly. Location is 5 mins drive from the beach.

The place and food were good but not the best. It was a decent stay with no issues. The wifi signal was also very poor.

Staffs are courteous and the swimming pools are maintained well. Food (breakfast) is average, but very much closer to the north cliff (though not in the cliff.

The staff was excellent and supportive. The food was good, but the property cannot be considered resort. It is very small and is not worth the amount paid for.
