Restaurant is not available at savithri inn. That is the only minus. Otherwise, the stay has been good, value for money, good location. All the outside hotels/restaurants nearby are very very expensive.

Breakfast included in the room package but not get any breakfast. When we talk to the staff member he said we have not even start the preparation of making breakfast. Poor service.

Very good place, quiet and pleasant stay. Very near to clif, there is lot of happening hotels on cliff.

Travel-led as a family of 4 (2 rooms for each couple) the rooms are normal, nothing extraordinary. One good point is that it's very near to the south cliff and black sand beach. We didn't try the food so can't comment about it. Second, the outside ambience in the morning is very pleasant and full of greenery.

Location was amazing, food was amazing, the staff were very good as well. We loved the breakfast they provided. And we were even allowed late check out which was great

We traveled to savithri inn cottages from trivandrum airport by cab, and the journey took approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Since it was the on-am season, the hotel appeared to be understaffed, but the check-in process was efficient and smooth. The room we stayed in was spotless and cozy, offering a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. The surroundings were lush with vibrant flowers and trees, creating a peaceful, scenic environment. Additionally, the varkala cliff was within walking distance from the hotel, which made exploring the area very convenient. However, the road leading to the cottage had a few potholes, making the drive a bit bumpy as we entered. Despite that, the overall experience was very pleasant and enjoyable.

It was close to the cliff road. But getting there in car is a big challenge. Parking space is also limited. Cottages were clean with ac working. But nothing special. Approach road to cliff is also very narrow and not very clean. Overall very average stay

Savithri inn is an amazing place to stay from short or long terms, built in nature with a yoga hall, 1minute walk away from the sea. Good atmosphere, calm, room also neat and clean. Break fast also good. Good stay,

It was a fine stay. I liked it very much. For 2 people the room was good. But it was too small in size. There is a need for shelf that was lacking

It's an average stay. Breakfast is very minimal. One indian dish. Bread and butter and fruits. The hut style rooms offer some variety. But an old property with no proper heat water system. Hot water doesn't last for a shower as the capacity is low.

The complimentary breakfast was a joke. Only one and only one dish was available for breakfast with papad and banana that too started after 9 a. M. Rooms were ok but not exactly which were shown in the images. No hammocks were there as shown in the pictures of the resort. No landline was available to call room service. The resort's entry and ambiance was not well maintained yes because of trees and plants it felt peaceful and nice but still so many insects were there which could be dangerous for kids. One actually bit my husband too. Overall it was below average. It can be better if they just provide "proper complimentary breakfast" and spend some money on maintenance.

Property location was good. People in the property were excellent. Rooms were neat except the lot of insects. They should focus on cleaning in corners and walls and do pestiside too.

Amenities are ok but breakfast very less quantity they give and then tea coffee also charge cost and one more thing very important they treat foreigners first after that only next other guests this not good for healthy business. Am worried about that. Thanks kamal

Very average with basic facilities only. Dining area is not clean and rooms are very average and not cleaned properly, towels were not washed hence not used. , dust on the walls. Will get better resorts at this price range if trip is planned on time.

Cozy place -not a beach facing property

The property is providing us enough privacy, this is like cottages. They are building a few more cottages while visiting. So, there are noises and many laborers here are there in the day time. Room service is poor, there is no tv in the room. The rooms are very dark since it is built using bamboo. There is no inhouse kitchen, but they are allowing outside food in the cottages.

Easy and plenty of parking space. Very near to the cliff, just walk for 3 minutes. The place is neat, good ambience and calm. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was neat but small. It is not a complete bamboo cottage but the roof is bamboo and mangalore tiles. The bathroom was spacious, neat and new. Drawbacks: 1. Very small space, but manageable. 2. No wardrobe or rack or hangers to keep your clothes. 3. The room had a small leak when it rained heavily. 4. There is no attached restaurant ( but not a big issue as many restaurants are nearby)

Overpriced property not justifying the facilities

The room was very dirty. It had spiders, ants all. Over the floor and walls. On top of it, staff was not smart enough to clean it up and was rather justifying the presence of insects in resorts near beaches. Extremely poor experience in this property.
