    VIP Garden in Varkala is a property located just a 5-minute walk away from the beach. The caretaker is prompt in providing water as and when required. The rooms are clean and neat, but some guests found ants on the side of the bed. The property is surrounded by nature and has a good manager and caretaker. However, the location is not convenient for restaurants and public transport. The property is good for a budget stay or if you're just passing through. The staff is friendly and helpful. Some guests found the path to the beach too muddy due to rain.
