Rooms are clean and good. Staff are good. Closer to vellore new bus stand. Bathroom and restrooms are clean and good.

The bedding of the hotel was really bad. Torn pillow covers, bad mattress. The bathroom was also poorly maintained. Lots of mosquitoes and lizards as well.

Nice hotel very clean good staff food was excellent. It was my 3rd stay here. Location is also very good

Only night stay is ok. Room have full of mosquito. Do not forget to use mosquito repellent cream or goodnight.

no hot water, bathroom flush not working , bathroom door unable to open. yes, i got bad experience in siva avm grande , no hot water , it is heavy downpour we had taken cold water bath. bathroom door is not working properly. toilet shower and flush is not working. poor bath room maintenance . thank you

Very nice property, poorly maintained, hadnt yrt recovered fully post lockdown. Booked for 2 days, vacated with a single day stay. Thanks to the hotel and mm t for refunding one day fare. I highly appreciate this gesture. The rooms are quiet spacious and strategically well placed. If maintained well, there is huge scope.

1. Bathroom inside lock issues no hot water no responsen from hotel. Hotel mamager refused an complimentary water bottle and they said no complimentary water bottle only ro water will be given finally they agreed and given water bottle complimentary after an sort of argument phone intercom not working to call for any help

Locatio is good and food ok, but there is no professional management sitting, u are left at the mercy of cleaning staff. There is no mantenace of the property, horrible

Room full cockroaches, lizards and mosquitoes. Not a penny worth for the money we pay. No facilities. Less response from the hotel staff. Don't expect good choice of food and book this hotel. It's very poor. Overall as a client i am not satisfied at all.

It's a nice and clean hotel. Though they don't have their own kitchen, saravana bhavan restaurant is on the ground for, hence it is very convenient. Staff are very polite.
