I had a terrible experience. Receptionist has a worst behavior. I booked 3 bed in advance, but when we arrived there, he says rooms are already booked. And we were allocated 4 bed instead, which was not ready for check-in. Room was very unclean and terrible. The room service was very bad, who were irresponsible. Overall, very bad stay and would never recommend this stay to anyone.

Friendly staff, neat and clean place, good supply of cold & hot water. You can consider it's as budget hotel, that means facilities in low price.

Except for intercom, all amenities including parking were available and staff were cordial, rooms were clean though sheets, although neat, were a bit old.

Not good for decent people to stay.

Ugly bed spread, pillow cover, pathetic toilets, blistered wall paint, corridor is like a dump yard, ugly like vicinity and access road.

I visited this hotel for the first time, rooms are so nice and management is also very good. Good parking slot, but in the daytime, it is tough to reach the hotel by four weeler. I 100 percent recommend this hotel to visit with family and friends.

Disgusting! not for the family. Unsafe too. Such type of hotel shouldn't be booked. You can't expect even a water bottle in your room.

Booked AC room but AC not working properly, extra bed provided without cover it was so smelly. rood behavioral by the management of palm. for one 3 bed room there is no bet provided adjusted by myself 😞. one of the worst hotel ever I stayed

Old building, cleaning issues a lot. Mosquitoes are very common in your nearby nd room even i found rat and thank to manage they changed my room

Negatives property is in narrow street. We felt our car won't be able to go till the hotel, but fortunately it had a passage for one vehicle, we were managed to drive till hotel. Cleanliness was the problem. Rooms were stinking with cigarette smoke. Seemed like someone was smoking in the room and left it just before we checked-in. Asked reception counter to spray room fragrance to remove the smell of the smoke, but they didn't have the room fragrance spray. Ac weren't working. Rooms are not properly maintained. Positives hot water was available 24*7. Okay for one night stay if you are staying there just for sleeping.

Location is good, but hotel doesn’t provide basic facilities such as water bottles and clean bed sheets. Rooms have a bad smell asked if freshner is available as rooms are having bad odur they said its normal smell in all rooms. Not worth staying if you are with family

Hotel room is pretty clean and i recommend for families. Only slight drawback is we need to waste atleast 2-3 buckets of water to get hot water. Please find some alternative for this instead of wasting precious water.

We stayed there for 2 days, room was neat and clean. Bathroom was clean. Hot water supply was available for 24/7. The hotel has lift and ample parking space. Overall experience was good.

Rooms was different from the one shown in photo. Tv was not working. No intercom in room. No hot water. The hallway was smelling. Afterwards i searched for other hotels and got a much better room for less than half the price. Do not book if you have other options or you can search for hotels when you reach there. You will find much better options.
