The room was a bit different than shown in pictures, pretty average, geyser wasn't working, food was also very average

Overpriced. Not value for money. Electricity power cuts were frequent. No additional amenities for the price we paid. Improve food quality. Don't fall for free breakfast offer. Location far from market. Geyser didn't work properly. Choose wisely

Food and staff was great. They even arranged born fire, the rooms have damp walls, rest everything was amazing. Badri was very helpful and polite. We stayed in the duplex.

Poor Stay

Very poor and far location, even the raw road is not there to reach the location. No signboard, no street light to reach the location. They say, this is the responsibility of the municipality. The only consolation, inside campus is big and historical design houses. But, full of wild insects, even inside the room and bathroom.

Nothing about this place is elegant or heritage type. It’s just an old accommodation in midst of beautiful forest. The food is disgusting, no toiletries. 6k for a place like this is just idiotic. Stay away.

3. 1. Rooms are good. But mosquito net is not therevon windows so unabel to open the windows in night 2. During rain, bathroom cieling was leaking heavily. 3. Road to resort is not paved and no sign board or arrow signals present indicating direction to resort so it is difficult to find resort. 4. Room was good. 5. Commode seat cover was loose fitting. 6. Resort has a shortcut for echo point. It wiyld be better to have some sign board for exho point from resort and some lighting in night on shortcut roads.

The stay was terrible. The rooms were stinking with no proper ventilation. There was frequent power cuts and no back up in the rooms. Please do not stay here

First of all about the location. Location is excellent but if you are travel-ling with senior citizens or physically handicapped person then this hotel is not for you. It's very much inside the matheran villege & no option of transport is available. You have to only walk thats the option. Road is not in good condition. View from hotel is excellent. Interior : flush was not working, even after 2 reminders to reception no care has been taken about it. Rooms are specious but interior of the rooms is very bad. Tv remote was not working. After complaining about it they have changed it but the other one was also not working. No cable connection or dish is there. They have smart tv so if you have ott subscription then only you can log-in & watch the tv. No other option. Food : quality of the food is worst. They have limited options for lunch & dinner, even breakfast spread was limited to couple of items. Room service is ok but after order you need to remind them again at-least 2-3 times. There is no other restaurant in 1-1. 5 kms vicinity so you have to depend on them, even if you go out for dinner connectivity to hotel is bad so it can be dangerous while coming back to hotel. Overall experience was bad, i wont recommend this property. Considering the charges you can have far better options in matheran. Overall experience was bad

Pehle to kahi pe bhi board nah i he green hill resort ka. Bahut puchhne ke bad mila woh bhi baht aage chale jane ke bad. Cleaning me b thik thak tha and pani nahane ka baht hi bekar tha ganda pani tha. Food bhi thik thak. Kisi ko me reference nah i dene vala. Isse ache b hotels hai.

The property is surrounded by lush green trees and it gives forest kind of vibes. Rooms were good but can be more clean. The staff was polite and best hospitality i must say. Searching the property was a bit task as it is located very inside but the view and the stay was worth it! affordable stay with great amenities.

Stayed for 2 nights. Property is very close to echo point and other points. 15 mnt walk from main market-matheran. Service was excellent. I visited with family. Will surely revisit with gang.

The property is beautiful, the beds and bathrooms were clean and staff is quick and responsive. The food options that comes with the package was passable, but if you order separately the food quality and taste is great. You can walk around the property, sit, chill or even play badminton. If you stay out late you might have to walk in the dark to get back to the stay. Good place if you don’t plan on going out of the property much as it is far from the market and you need to walk a bit. Overall, the experience was pretty good.

I had a very disappointing stay. The room was in terrible condition—dirty and clearly not cleaned for ages. There was no dental kit provided, and I was charged for it. There were no napkins, and the cupboard was broken. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here; it's a waste of money.
