It's very good hotel, staff is very good and polite, very helpful staff. The hotel cleaness, facilities, amenities and maintenance are very good about the hotel, and hotel situated middle of city and i'm regular traveller to the hotel, either i opted from mmt or direct contact to the hotel.

Centre side in vijayawada is a good place to stay, clean rooms, good ambience, great staff & good breakfast spread & an inhouse restaurant. Good parking area & amazing staff!

Terrible Stay

Untrained reception not caring for customers late night. Room full of mosquitos. Ac not working. Breakfast very ordinary for the cost. Good not fresh or good to taste. However the restaurant staff was courteous and good.

The hotel is well located and is easily accessible from the bus stand and railway station. The food service is good but the pricing of items is on the higher side and the quantity is adequate.

From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm smiles and top-notch service that made me feel instantly welcomed. Food: the dining experience was truly exceptional. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes made to order. Each meal i had at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight, with a menu that showcased both local and international flavors. The chefs clearly take great pride in their work, as every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Service: the staff at the centre side went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were attentive without being intrusive and were always ready to assist with any request, no matter how small. The concierge was particularly helpful in recommending local attractions and arranging transportation, making my stay even more seamless. Amenities: the amenities are second to none. Accommodation - The rooms at Hotel Centre Side were exceptionally clean and neat. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh, providing a cozy environment for a restful night's sleep. The decor was modern and tasteful, which added to the overall pleasant ambiance of the room. Dining Experience - The food at the hotel was excellent. Each meal was a delightful culinary experience, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The flavors were rich, and the ingredients seemed fresh and well-prepared. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring that dining was an enjoyable part of my stay. Overall Impression - Except for the unusual water color in the washrooms, everything about my stay at Hotel Centre Side was nice and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or queries. The location of the hotel is also convenient, making it easy to access various attractions and business centers in the area.

It was good stay, clean and good rooms. Breakfast is ok, near to the bus stand, room ambiance is very good

Rooms were gud. But staff behaviour was worst. After 4hrs we left hotel.

We received call after 4hrs saying, there were missing soap saucer. This was worst part. Rooms were excellent, but food was not gr8, breakfast provided was oily no discipline to staff in restaurant.

It is a good hotel to stay. Very neatly maintained. Hotel staffs are good and responsive. Food is good and the restaurant staff listens to the request of the guest and modify the food accordingly. Hotel has its own parking. For an extra person they provide a proper bed with mattress. I am satisfied with the services and i recommend this hotel.

They didn't arranged the room even by 1. 30 where checkin time is at 12. They haven't provided a room which was booked. Charged for extra bed but haven't provided and said the bed will not be adjusted in the room because room is small
