Very nice neat and clean room with very good staff😊😊breakfast is also very nicely packed and they served 4to5 itoms in breakfast like idly ,Wada,Upma ,sweet etc.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days the rooms were very good. The service provided is horrible. The staff is not at all professional, no food service, not even hot beverages. You need to do it on your own

Hotel taken me extra charge. Not happy with hotel. Even the receptionist also very rude. I didn't get support from hotel end and make my trip team as well

The access to the hotel is from the basement and its not proper. Construction is going on and there’s no proper reception. Also the rooms are smelly, uncleaned, no cleanliness at all. Worst experience.

what they mentioned and images provided it’s exactly opposite of it, it’s kind of complex, construction going on and untidy rooms, management won’t accept for cancellation, i had booked for 2 nights, i asked them to cancel for one atleast prior in hand, dey denied and extreme rude behaviour, we didn’t stay der, money waste and even after adding images,wasn’t able to help cx as an exceptional case

Customer requirement was not fulfilled immediately. Hygiene has to be maintained in the room equipment, kettal in the room was not in a condition to use as it was not clean.

Superior rooms are very big in size and the hotel is well maintained, the staff are very helpfull, by seeing the room ambiance i felt that as i am in 5 star hotel, the hotel is in center of the main market we can shop, jewellery, cloths and electronics every thing we can get on the while of 2-3 min, as a **** i stayed very confortable in this hotel and the tariff they are charged are very worthy.

The hotel is under renovation and we had a horrible stay. Pros: nothing to say cons: 1. Took 30 min. To allot the room, initially they have given the key but it didn't work, again walked in to the reception and modified the key 2. There won't be any room service support. I called 4 different times but no one picked. I walked into reception but no one was there to answer your query. 3. No sufficient parking. 4. Especially if you have kids, don't book it because in many places there is no supporting surrounding walls, there are chances to fall down. 5. After asking 5 times they sent complimentary tasteless breakfast to the room. You don't have any choice to choose breakfast.

The room size is decent but the area is under-construction and nothing is in place. There isn't a proper reception desk. I had to find my way on the second floor of the building to identify that there is a hotel here. I hope that when it will be properly constructed it will be a good property.

The property is under renovation and it led to parking issues. As can be seen now, the parking issues will continue even after renovation.
