It's full of smoke smell, no restaurants nearby. I went with family trusting reviews but after staying night full we only ended up with headache because of smoke smell

Room was not clean even the cupboards and floor, no mineral water, no connection of tv, no dental kit was available, no hot water, bad service. Only good thing is room was specious.

Room was nice. Ac and fan were a bit low in speed and cooling but overall okay experience. Proximity ti basant road and main road is biggest positives. There are also tiffen centers around so well placed

Stinky reception average rooms

Rooms are fine but the common areas and reception is very stinky. May be the people sitting there are used to that smell but for us it’s horrible. Basic amenities like paste shampoo and soap are missing.

Hotel was understaffed. But clean. No phones and tvs were connected with all cables just lying around. Needs a lot of attention to detail as the infrastructure is in place.

I booked a premium double room. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom lock is not working. I complained the same to the management, so they changed my room. Cackroches were rooming and spiders webs in the new room. Hotel does not have food facilities. Dissappointed.
