Very bad smell and untidy maintenance. There are a lot of insects/bugs inside the room and lobby.

Res sir when i reached hotel at 6 pm lift of hotel was not working. We had booked hotel for 3 people but room no 402 was small size. I am old customer of make my trip but this stay was horrible experience for me. Please take note of this and give me reasonable explanation.

Average stay. Rooms could have been lot better. Staff was cooperative and addressed the issues. But stay/maintenance could have been lot better

Centrally located, food averages. If possible recommend 24 hrs tarif instead 12noon to 12 noon then it is comfortable

I arrived at 7:00 pm approximately and the rooms were provided immediately. So far so good but one room was pestering with small cockroaches all along. The door panels too were filled with them. My elder granddaughter is 6 and younger is 14 months old. The next day i vacated the room losing one day rent there

Pros: property is located in center of the city and can be accessible easily from all the tourist places. Cons: room service is very pathetic. Room that was allocated initially was bad and smelling and we had to wait for 1 hour to get a room freshner. We insisted for room change and the new room was even worst. Wash rooms are also properly maintained. Room was filled with cigarette smell (may be not properly cleaned after the previous smoking guest vacated. Bed is also not good, causing backache. Iam a regular customer of this hotel for past a few years and i used to love food here. But now i realised that andhra meals is removed and quality of available items is also compromised. To conclude, i had a very bad experience here and i am never going to stay here anymore in future.

Worst maintenance of room and toilet. They have forgot basic etiquette of keeping room and toilet clean before a guest is allotted a room. They were good few years back but now they have lost the standards.

The stay was comfortable even though the property was old. Mattress needs replacement. Bathroom doors latches were missing. Rooms were quite spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the service was good. The receptionist was somewhat rude in behaviour.

*cleanliness, bathroom -good. *there are sound system shops on two sides of the hotel. If your room is on those sides, if shop fellow test the sound speakers when he gets customer, it is horrible. *centrally located. You can reach any place very easily as it is in the joint of the city's main roads-eluru toad and binder road. *central ac -good. *restaurant is average. *room size is good, convenient and comfortable.
