It’s absolutely nice experience that had in the stay very clean hygiene ambience and hospitality they have especially food was excellent that my kids enjoyed alot and the roof ambience is so nice i prefer next time also.

It is third rate five star hotel. Service is worst. Food is over priced. Check in time at 2 pm is inconvenient. It should be 12 pm as available for all hotels. I thought it will be like novotel hyderabad but it is worst. I will never prefer in future. Staff needs to be trained.

No separate place to sleep for our chauffer's, secondly chauffers does not have any place to take bath.

Worst experience, staff are not rude they don't know how to speak to the guests over there. Buffet at night they forced us to pay on spot even though we requested them to include in checkout bill. They gave lame reasons like your rooms are prepaid so we can't include in checkout bill. And also when we requested for extension even though we are paying for the rooms for next day. Even that was denied on request. For convenience we approached reception. When you are not helping us why in first place so you guys even sit in reception i don't understand.

Few things were fine, but we felt the service was significantly delayed for swimming, they expected a swimsuit, which is not required (even though i purchased one) when we requested an extra bed, they demanded an amount that was not agreed upon. Bathroom locks should be examined. Needed parking cleaning.

The location is good but the food and hospitality services are not good. Reception and reservation staff are not cooperative with the customer, overall not customer friendly.

If you want to face a life that you want to become a beggar you visit this hotel. We want to beg for channels we want to beg for internet and we want to back for amenities. If you request to talk to the manager one of the person who stay in the reception will talk to us by blessing that she was the duty manager her name is stefani. Fortunately i received good services from rahman santosh saidulu satya prakash during housekeeping and at breakfast. Don't visit this hotel prefer hyatt vivanta in vijayawada. And i continue to my stay one more day after the terrible experience from 1st to 2nd of december through a car gold membership. I felt that it is a bad moment to stay in this hotel for three continues days
