A/c was not working when called for help the service guy came and switched on but not ready to remote. He said my manager is asked me not to give. No towel was provided and no proper parking space available at the property

Irresponsible staff. No proper maintainance. They're very particular about the money. Not for the services. We never ever book this worst park iris hotel.

Hotels staff was lousy. Room were smaller than advertised. There was no water for a day and they were slow to fix that. Won’t recommend.

Make my trip description and hotel does not matches hotel don't have restuarant, room service food, no laundry only bed and tea maker with hot water as basic amenities any 1star hotel provides

The room was clean, and spacious. The amenities were top-notch. Staff was also very friendly, courteous and ensured my stay was comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay here at park iris, vijayawada.

Bed is not stiff not recommended for back pain people n breakfast spread can be improved. There is no covered parking. Under 3k a good hotel to stay. Staff is also good.

Room service is not good limited staff breakfast is not good, they have to improve on service and bedsheets, pillow cover are too old. They need to have some professionals working with them

We stayed for a night, rooms are maintained well, super king room is just enough size, you need to ask explicitly for extra be if traveling with kids, only bad experience is the bed sheets and pillow covers didn't seem fresh there was hair from previous occupants, even when they changed it upon request, they didnt look fresh.

The hotel room was good but a little small for 4 people. They did not provide an extra bed in spite of booking for 3 people. They charged additional bed charges.

We (me and my son (13 yrs) have booked the room. For my son we are carrying school id card. But hotel didn't allow my son with school id. Their behaviour is also not upto the mark. Hotel and surrounding ambience is not good. Ultimately i would not refer this hotel.
