The bed lenin and pillow covers & blankets are terrible, no complimentary water bottles, towels are in bad condition

The room size was good for the price. The bed-sheets were not changed the duvet was smelling very bad. Requested them to give a fresh ones but the boy said that they were already freshly changed. I asked to smell them. He couldn't bear it and changed the pillow covers but couldn't help with the bed sheet and duvet cover. The water was black in colour and reported the same. He said that there was a drainage issue. I had such a bad night

Room was clean but not upto the size that showed no breakfast was provided inspite of booking the room with breakfast the road to the hotel was severely damaged, difficulties to enter and exit

water in washroom from all taps was stinking as if it is from a drainage. had to adjust with whatever the little drinking water i had to bruah my teeth. they are just maintaining electricity and electrical and electronics equipment reasonably well, that's all.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
